The Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance held a gala dinner last Saturday at the River Club in Observatory to celebrate their Master’s degree students, who have completed the academic part of their course, as well as the rebranding of the institution. Speakers included the school’s director, Professor Alan Hirsch, the new UCT Vice Chancellor Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng and Advocate Thuli Madonsela.
