Shakespeare festival

■ Pinelands High School participated in the annual Shakespeare Schools Festival at the Baxter Theatre in May. Grade 12 pupil David Smith, wrote and directed an original script where Shakespeare is put on trial by the Three Witches as they explore some of his sonnets and plays. The cast, pictured, was made up of 23 pupils ranging from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
