■ Pianist Antonio Pompa-Baldi returns to the Cape Town Concert Series platform on Saturday May 26 at the Baxter Concert Hall, at 8pm. He will perform a variety of genres from classical to popular and Neapolitan songs like Hummel’s Sonata Op.13 in E flat, five French songs of Poulenc and Edith Piaf, Poulenc’s Napoli, Fantasia Op. 51 by Giuseppe Martucci, the Sonata Tragica by Medtner and Roberto Piana’s Improvisations on Neapolitan Songs.
The Southern Suburbs Tatler was established in 1979. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres Cavendish Square and Kenilworth Centre within its distribution area.
