WATCH: Athletes shine at national championships

Members of the Western Cape disabled athletics squad performed well at the recent national championships, in Stellenbosch. Larry Wyngaardt, 37, won gold in the 100m and long jump events in the T36 division for athletes with cerebral palsy and Roefia Adams was a gold medal winner in the girls under-17 shot put and discus event in the F37 and T37.
