Women empowerment NGO Embrace Your Curves held a “Pink Party” at The Grillfather in Woodstock on Saturday October 5. October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Guests enjoyed entertainment by local artists, a number of beauty vendors and a talk from breast cancer survivor Jade Wyngaardt. All proceeds of the event were to be donated to breast cancer clinics in underprivileged areas for mammograms.
