Glitz and glamour at King’s Plate

Jodi Scholtz from Claremont, middle, was chosen as the best-dressed woman at the King’s Plate fashion show. With her are third-place winner Pamela Vena, of Kuils River, left, and runner-up Nondi Beattie from Johannesburg. Thousands dressed in white and blue for the King’s Plate horse race at the Kenilworth Racecourse on Saturday January 7. There were prizes for the best-dressed men and women as well as for the best hats.
