Book drive

Sans Souci Girls’ High School has been running a book drive – started by the head of the school’s Interact Society, teacher Tricia Benjamin – since the middle of June to collect 450 books for Die Duine Primary School in Lotus River. Principal Ruschda O Shea says they have collected 143 books so far from parents, pupils and sponsors and want to reach their target by next month so they can present the books to Die Duine Primary as part of a Women’s Day initiative.
