It’s Showtime (Again!)

Cape Town G&S are streaming some of their popular past musicals and operas online to raise funds. After two sold-out performances at the Bishops Memorial Theatre in October 2019, the theatre society is streaming their show, It’s Showtime (Again!), directed by Barend van der Westhuizen and choreographed by Jared Schaedler, until 11pm on Sunday August 16. The production is a journey through the world of musicals with ballads from Evita, Sunset Boulevard, The Secret Garden and Rent along with up-beat favourites from Les Misérables, Fiddler on the Roof, Sweeney Todd, Anything Goes and Mamma Mia.
