‘Marching ants’ paint the town red

Like marching ants, more than 20 000 walkers dressed in red T-shirts, flooded the Atlantic Seaboard on Sunday, to take part in the 17th annual Cape Town 10km Big Walk. The event raised funds for a number of charities, including the Red Cross Children’s Hospital Trust, which received R121 000.
