I would like to extend a huge thank you to Leanne, the medic, who came to my assistance in the car park at Howard Centre in Pinelands on Tuesday March 1 after being hit by a car park boom.
Grateful thanks to the paramedic, Keith Kleynhans, who gave me medical attention before the ambulance arrived to take me to the Vincent Pallotti Out-patients department.
I would also like to thank Kevin who offered help and witnessed the whole incident which sent me crashing to the ground and caused loss of blood and eventually stitches to my head.
Thank God I did not suffer a concussion or any broken bones.
Further thanks to all who came rushing to help, the chap who tried to phone for an ambulance and the offer of first aid kits and so forth. You were all amazing. Thanks as well to the excellent staff at Vincent Pallotti.
