The eighth edition of A Taste of Belgium, a market-style celebration of all things Belgian, took place in Newlands on Saturday November 16. The festival was organised by the Belgian Chamber of Commerce and held at the ambassador’s residence in Newlands. There was a wide variety of authentic Belgian items on sale, including beer, traditional Flemish stew, Belgian fries, cheese croquettes and moules frites.
