The Feel Good Festival, a picnic fund-raiser, at the Wynberg Lawn Tennis Club in Kenilworth on Sunday December 12 promises to be a day of celeb spotting.

The event is being held in aid of Pinelands non-profits, MENstruation and O Grace Land.

Comedians Mel Jones, Dalin Oliver, Nik Rabinowitz, Siv Ngesi and Yaseen Barnes will bring the funny, while singers Yoav and KhiweG will play in a celebrity tennis match.

Springbok women’s captain and MENstruation co-director Babalwa Latsha as well as Stormers rugby player Scarra Ntubeni will also put in appearances.

Project co-ordinator of MENstruation, Amrain Essop, says they are raising money for vending machines that dispense free sanitary pads. The machines are installed in needy schools and communities.

The Feel Good Festival is from noon to 5pm. Tickets start from R200. Contact MENstruation co-director Marius Basson at 083 651 8430 or email for details.
