Acting principal Frieda Brocker with Western Cape Education Department circuit managers Noel Petersen and Donovan Cleophas, who officially opened the media centre. University Pre-primary in Rosebank held its annual cycle Tour on the running track between Hartleyvale Stadium and the Liesbeeck River, on Saturday May 18. The event was open to all children aged 2 to 8. The cycle was followed by a clean-up of the Liesbeeck path with the children and their parents stepping in to help. The Vine School celebrated its seventh anniversary on Tuesday May 7 by listening to piano music performed by Francois Botha and his wife Yohan Chun.
