Rondebosch Community Improvement District (RCID) manager Shirley Aldum says a glossy pamphlet, claiming to be a public safety notice and being sent to residents, is a scam and the accusations made in it are fake.
With the heading “Public Safety Notice: Organised Stalking”, the pamphlet claims the City of Cape Town “has ongoing organised stalking activity”.
Warrant Officer Lyndon Sisam, of Rondebosch police, confirmed the pamphlet was a hoax.
