I am a member of a prayer group that has been praying at the Mowbray Police Station for the past 14 years. Members are all over 70.
In recent months the ranks have dwindled and we are looking for “new blood”.
We have met every Wednesday morning for all these years and pray for the needs of the station and its members and for the local community – as well as the crooks pervading this area.
If you look at the crime statistics, Mowbray has had one of the lowest levels of crime for many years and we believe we have not been praying for nothing.
If you can find the time and space to join us – we can even change the day and time as long as we can keep this ministry going.
