Members of the Lynfrae community in Claremont arranged a clean-up of the parking area opposite Palmyra Junction on Saturday March 23. Ward councillor Sharon Cottle joined them on the day. It was planned that the Wynberg solid waste cleansing department collected waste after the clean-up. “Good community spirit and the group agreed that they will choose an area once a quarter as a community project,” she said.
