The UCT Surgical Society took part in the Cape Town Cycle Tour on Sunday March 8 in their medical scrubs to raise funds for Operation Smile South Africa (OSSA), a global non-profit that offers free cleft lip and cleft palette surgeries to vulnerable children and adults across southern Africa.  The Scrubs Cycle team has raised R 48 000 so far, and if anyone would like to support their cause to raise money for OSSA they can follow the link at https://www.givengain.com/ap/uctscrub-team-cycle/ to donate which is open until the end March.  Follow them on Instagram on @uctscrubteam for more info.
