What a joke.

I was also changed to a monthly subscription and found, without warning or explanation, that my bank account was debited by R625 at the beginning of August.

This does not make it easy to plan one’s budget and it was a shock.

It took five phone calls and a personal visit to DStv at N1 City before the matter was rectified.

I have also requested a tax invoice on several occasions. I

have been told that it has been emailed but I have never received one.

I receive all my other mails so there is something strange happening, and one cannot contact the business desk which is the only one which can rectify these problems.

The only one which can rectify these problems.
