With Mandela Day being marked today, people across the city will be spending at least 67 minutes in service to their fellow countrymen. Nelson Mandela International Day is commemorated every year in honour of the late Struggle hero and former president, on his birthday, July 18. The day was officially declared by the United Nations in November 2009, with the first UN Mandela Day held on July 18, 2010. TSHIAMO MOKATSANE asked people how they’d be spending the day.
