Musician Majozi visited Canons Creek in Pinelands on Tuesday, ahead of his upcoming performance at the school’s fundraiser. Majozi will be performing, along with Alanna Joy, Al Peterson and Opposite the Other at the Music Festival On the Lawn, taking place at the school on Friday February 15. “I love kids, and I’m a big believer in investing in them as they are the future,” he said. “I always want them to know, that there are options for them when they grow up and music is one of them.” The festival starts at 6pm, and tickets can be booked through Quicket and will be on sale at the gate: R100 for adults, R50 for under 18s and children under 12 are free. Refreshments will be on sale, but families are welcome to take their own picnic baskets, blankets and chairs.
