A Kenwyn couple were robbed by four men at their Block Road house in Kenwyn at 4am, on Friday October 6.
They were tied up while their house was ransacked. One man was armed with a knife.
The men managed to get away with jewellery, two flat screen televisions, a laptop, a Samsung Galaxy cellphone and a Silver Corsa bakkie with registration number CA 477 315. A case of house robbery was opened at Lansdowne police for investigation.
There have been no arrests and the couple were not hurt, said Lansdowne SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Nkululeko Mnyaka.

Woodstock Police arrested 16 suspects for various crimes, during crime prevention operations conducted over this past weekend (Friday October 6 to Monday October 9).
Spokesperson for Woodstock police, Sergeant Hilton Malila explained that during high visibility concentrated crime prevention operations conducted, they arrested two suspects for possession of drugs and dagga , one for fraud, two for possession of stolen property, two for theft out of motor vehicle, two for driving under the influence of alcohol and four suspects for hijacking.
“We also seized and recovered a huge quantity of coper cables and pipes, one blackberry cellular phone and drugs,” Sergeant Malila said.
All the suspects arrested are appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Monday on various charges.
“The Woodstock Police want to ensure the community that this will be our approach throughout and also encourage communities to report all illegal activities occurring within their respective communities to the police,” Sergeant Malila said,
