JCC heavyweights

■ Sinovuyo Mankayi, in front, a Grade 10 learner at Rhodes High School, Rondebosch, is the new junior mayor. Sinovuyo is a representative on the governing body, a keen debater, a boy scout, an avid jogger and an entrepreneur who runs his own business – home eco-cleaning. He aspires to study and work in the field of commerce,but has a soft spot for politics. He is pictured here with his fellow executive members of Junior City Council.
