Holy Cross Primary school celebrated Heritage Day last Wednesday September 22 and Thursday September 23 by allowing their pupils and teachers to dress up in traditional cultural attire. Principal Nomthandazo Zweni says they also taught their children the importance of Heritage Day – which is marked annually on September 24 – and the significance of the outfits they wore.
