Gunshots in Lancaster Street

Kenilworth residents were startled by the sound of gunshots in the usually quiet Lancaster Street, on Sunday April 9. Police cordoned off the area where four bullet casings were discarded. According to residents, the occupants of a vehicle drove by and shot four bullets into the air through sun roof before driving off. Police confirmed the incident but were unable to provide more information about what happened by the time this edition went to print.
