Bread and Milk Cycling Crew, a group of social riders from Gugulethu, Khayelitsha and surrounding areas, completed the 2023 Old Mutual Double Century Race, a 202km cycle race held in Swellendam on Saturday November 25.
Not on only did they finish the race in 8hr09min, they also managed to start and finish together as a team of 12 cyclists to earn them the Charles Milner team spirit medal.
Bread and Milk Cycling Crew was sponsored by Masithuthuke Holdings, owned by Gugulethu businessman, Liyanda Handula.
