Golf day

■ Groote Schuur Hospital held a golf day at Rondebosch Golf Club last Friday. There was one round of golf played among staff from Groote Schuur and visiting hospitals as well as members of the community who had made a donation to the hospital. The winner of the golf game across 18 holes was Gilbert Davids from ISM Building services, middle. Malcolm Miller, from Groote Schuur’s anaesthetic team, left and Professor Ian Vlok, from the Groote Schuur neurosurgery team, came second and third respectively.
