Floral art teacher shows off his skills

Pritesh Shah lives in Nairobi, Kenya and his great passion is floral art.

He has belonged to the Nairobi Floral Art Club for many years and is one of over 120 members. He was chairperson of this group until last year and he has travelled the world promoting Kenya’s floral art and his love of flowers.

Mr Shah will be giving a demonstration on Saturday October 1 from 9.30am in the St Thomas Church Hall in Campground Road Rondebosch.

He is being hosted by Floral Trends Design Group from Somerset West and the venue is the usual meeting place of Cape Town’s Saturday Flower Club. Mr Shah is a floral art teacher, demonstrator and judge, and has participated in many N.A.F.A.S. (U.K.) shows and a number of World Flower Shows and is a frequent prize winner.

Last year, he gave a demonstration at the S.A.F.U. Congress in Port Elizabeth where he shared many innovative ideas.
