A man was arrested in Observatory on Friday for drug dealing.
Metro police officers arrested the 32-year-old man on the morning of Friday February 2.
According to the City, the officers were patrolling in Rochester Park when they saw three men exchanging goods.
They stopped and searched one of the men and found four medium-sized bags of compressed dagga hidden in his socks as well as R550 in cash.
The officers also found 45 units of unga in a plastic bag hidden in the bench where he had been sitting.
The suspect was arrested and held at Woodstock police station.
