A belated Heritage Day celebration was held in District Six on Saturday November 4 by the District Six Civic Association, Reclaim Silvertree Steering Committee, the D6 Advocacy Committee and the Upper District Six Neighbourhood Watch. The event was meant to take place on Heritage Day but was postponed due to bad weather. Guests were treated to song and dance by various performers and there was a range of stalls.
