Groote Schuur Hospital had its annual cook-off competition on Friday October 13 and staff at the hospital formed teams in order to cook food and sell it to raise money for charity. Twenty-six teams took part in the competition, and followed the theme of the year, which was #ThisaNyama. They also had to use three chosen ingredients which was strawberry jam,nutmeg and butternut to make their meal. Prizes for the most delicious dishes, the best dressed and the best decorated teams were given out after the competition.
