Hundreds of children accompanied by their parents wore scary costumes for Papa Paul’s Halloween Party, at Marsh Memorial in Rondebosch, on Sunday. The fund-raiser was held in honour of late Rotarian Paul de Groot and all proceeds are in aid of the Claremont Rotary’s future projects.
