Police swooped on Woodstock drug dens, making several arrests and seizing about R5 000 worth of drugs on Wednesday July 19.
Woodstock police spokesman Sergeant Hilton Malila said officers hit the street between 4pm and 9pm, raiding addresses in Page, Frere and Burns roads.
“The focus of the operation was to eradicate drug trafficking in the precinct,” Sergeant Malila said.
Police seized mandrax, tik and dagga as well as money.
