I Liberty, Rondebosch
A young man claiming to have worked as a postman is attempting to collect money from residents in the Rondebosch area.
He says he has been sacked by the SA Post Office for having gone on strike last year, and so is jobless.
He also claims to have been accepted to study at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and produces a fake letter (no letterhead) to that effect.
If your name is on your gate, he will address you by name.
He appears to be on some substance like tik.
